Sugimoto Hachiman Shrine
See | Tourist Spots | Shrines/Buddhist TemplesNormally, Sugimoto Hachiman stands in obscurity among the spread out, quiet cedar trees. However, every October, a harvest festival is hosted, and tsunabi fire ropes, tetsuzu fireworks, etc. are dedicated to the shrine. Because the tsunabi fire ropes are designated as intangible folk cultural assets of the city, the area is packed with many spectators.
