This park symbolizes the people of Toyohashi, and it is an oasis of the town, as it includes the ruins of Yoshida Castle, an art museum, an assembly hall located on the outskirts of the castle, and other cultural facilities. The area of the park is 21.6 hectares, and the area of land of the city hall, which neighbors the entire park, touches the ruins of Yoshida Castle. Since the Meiji Era, military units of the old Japanese armed forces had been stationed there and part of that visage has been preserved; therefore, you can enjoy various aspects of the ruins.

[Yoshida Castle Iron Tower Summer Opening Hours]

In consideration of the impact of high summer temperatures on visitors, the Yoshida Castle Iron Tower will be temporarily changed to the following opening hours.

・Opening hours change period: Friday, August 1, 2025 to Tuesday, September 30, 2025
・Summer opening hours: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM

*Please note that these hours are different from the usual opening hours (10:00 AM to 3:00 PM) when visiting.
*From Wednesday, October 1, 2025, the museum will be open during its usual opening hours (10:00 AM to 3:00 PM).
